Establish if damage noted on out turn report, then reported to client, freight taken via ULD depot for photos to be emailed for assessment.

Invoicing:
Invoicing can be emailed in EXCEL format if required for extraction into compatible programs.
Complaints:
Initially sent to the manager of relevant department, written report back to client within 24 hours.
